Bulgur

Today we tried to make a bulgursallad with chicken. I had never heard of bulgur before and was not even sure we would find it in the store.

Bulgur turned out to be a sort of wheat that tasted and was cooked more or less like rice.








The whole thing was not bad at all.

I also managed to get my first parking fine ever today.

Oh joy!
