We took a break in studying today and tried Bikram yoga with Susanna.
I think I have never sweated so much in my life. Bikram yoga is a yoga you do in a 40 degrees warm room (although according to Susanna who saw the thermometer the room was 58 degrees, if I remember correct). So it was like working out in a sauna for 1 hour and 30 min.
Not so fresh I can tell you!
I think I stick to my Ashtanga yoga even after this experience.
